POLICY

BOOKING POLICY

We check in with clients throughout the service to ensure any concerns are addressed before completion. For this reason, we ask clients to carefully check their nails before leaving and making payment. Once the service is completed and you have left the salon, we are unable to offer refunds, and responsibility for the final result rests with the client.

We offer complimentary fixes within 5–7 days for nails and within 5 days for lashes (depending on service). After this period, fixes will be chargeable. Fixes are only for the original design with no changes in shape, length, or style. For lashes, no fix will be provided if makeup has been applied at any time during the wear period (including mascara, foundation, serum, oils, etc.) or if the lashes have been picked, pulled, or removed by the client.

Please specify in your booking or let one of our friendly staff know before proceeding the service, if your nails are for your wedding or a special occasion. That ensures we take even more care for your nails and can advise you on colours, designs etc. Also, for Bridal nails, we only allow a Master tech for your service, no Standards are permitted to do bridal nails, this ensures highest quality nails for your special day!

We provide a professional and respectful service and expect the same from our clients. Please avoid sleeping at the table, loud phone calls, swearing, or smoking/vaping. Any rude or inappropriate behaviour will not be accepted, and we reserve the right to refuse service to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone.

Our prices are fixed as listed in our service menu. If additional services or extra work is required on the day, we will always let you know and confirm any updated pricing before proceeding. Payment is required for all services completed. In the case of non-payment or disputes that cannot be resolved, we may need to involve the relevant authorities to assist.

Children must be supervised at all times and remain under the care of their parent/guardian throughout the appointment. As the salon contains chemicals and professional equipment, for safety reasons children must not run around or be left unattended, as this may disrupt the environment and affect the safety and professionalism of our services.

For hygiene and safety reasons, pets are not permitted in the salon.

Please treat our salon with care. Any damage caused to salon property may result in repair or replacement charges.

Clients are responsible for their own belongings. We cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage.

We maintain high hygiene standards and use professional products, but we cannot guarantee results for individual conditions or sensitivities. We are not responsible for reactions or nail issues related to pre-existing conditions, health factors, or circumstances beyond our control. By proceeding with treatment, clients acknowledge and accept these risks.

Client information is kept private and used for record purposes only. Please note the salon is under CCTV surveillance for safety and security. Filming staff is not permitted without consent.

By using our services, clients agree to our salon policies and terms.

CANCELLATION & REFUSAL POLICY

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% service fee.

A no-show occurs when a client is more than 10 minutes late without notice or does not show up at all. This will result in a 100% service fee.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Due to the nature of regular nail polish, we do not provide a warranty for this service.

All other services include a 72-hour warranty. If you experience issues such as chipping, discoloration, or technical imperfections within this period, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Please notify us within 72 hours after your appointment if any issue arises. After reporting, kindly visit the studio within 48 hours so we can assess and resolve the matter.

Our warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by external factors (impact, chemicals, improper care, etc.).
